Name-personalised gifts versus message cards

Warm Embrace includes a name-personalised temperature flask, Twinings tea and Ferrero chocolates. Enter the name in your order remarks, as described on the product page, and double-check spelling before submitting.

Other selected gift sets support a message card. Add your greeting and sender’s name in the order notes or message field. A personalised card does not mean every item in the set has a printed name.

Before placing your order
  1. Choose the product and read its available personalisation options.
  2. Submit the name or message exactly as you want it to appear.
  3. Specify your preferred delivery date.
  4. Contact us first for a logo, special design, proof request or urgent personalised order so we can confirm availability and preparation time.

For employee names or company quantities, use our corporate enquiry form. Proofs and bulk lead times are confirmed for your specific order.

Gift delivery across Singapore

Free islandwide delivery takes 2–5 days. Next-day delivery is S$4 and same-day delivery is S$6, subject to availability. You can specify your preferred delivery date when ordering.
