At Caring Pair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your care package, gift hamper, or bouquet purchase.

Returns & Refunds:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you're not satisfied
  • Perishable items and fresh bouquets cannot be returned but may qualify for replacement or store credit
  • Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded in full
  • Custom or personalized care packages are non-refundable unless defective

How to Request a Refund: Email us at caringpair2@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any issues.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
